L’Accordo si inserisce nel quadro del CORLIB, il Corso di Laurea in Conservazione e Restauro dei Beni Librari e Archivistici, e prevede lo sviluppo di una serie di attività congiunte tra le due istituzioni, con l’obiettivo di rafforzare la tutela e la gestione dei beni conservati presso gli Archivi di Stato. Le Parti svolgeranno azioni concrete per l’ispezione, il censimento e la conservazione del patrimonio documentario, includendo attività di restauro, anche a fini didattici.

Agreement between DG Archives and University of Rome “Tor Vergata” for research projects and restoration of archival assets
To enhance and preserve the historical documentary and material heritage, including paper artifacts, photographic, film and digital materials. This is the objective of the scientific and cultural collaboration agreement signed by the Director General of Archives, Dr. Antonio Tarasco, and the Director of the Department of Literary, Philosophical and Art History Studies of the University of Rome “Tor Vergata,” Prof. Lorenzo Perilli for the realization of important research projects in the fields of preservation and restoration of library and archival heritage.
The Agreement is within the framework of CORLIB, the Bachelor of Science in Conservation and Restoration of Library and Archives Assets, and provides for the development of a series of joint activities between the two institutions, with the aim of strengthening the protection and management of the assets preserved at the State Archives. The Parties will carry out concrete actions for the inspection, census and preservation of documentary heritage, including restoration activities, including for educational purposes.
